8 gears it does not have single speed on this is just when i put my wheels on off my hardtail so still has the single speed cog

it was wrapped good ta, seat clamp was useful
i had a bit of trouble trying to get a ball bearing that had gone into the top tube -wile the frame was in the post- out but i got there in the end
